EXTENSIVE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

[A]SQ. has a highly motivated team with extensive technical experience to provide a full Client Monitoring Team (CMT) role or specific design audit requirement. Auditing a building design can happen at the earliest stage of the design process to ensure a proposal is compliant + fully optimised prior to planning submission, developing tender information or completing a build on-site.

When undertaking this role [A]SQ. will review all novated designer + sub-contractor information produced throughout the building contract + monitor the project during construction against the employer’s requirements + contractors’ proposals. This includes inspections of all benchmark samples, attendance + reports at key meetings + endorsing the issue of Practical Completion.
